I trained for EPIC5 on ASEA. I have to say that I did find that my training kicked into high gear. I was recovering rapidly between workouts, despite a very heavy load averaging around 20-25 hours per week, particularly in the lead up to EPIC5. I did not get sick, injured or overly fatigued. I just got stronger. My power on the bike continued to escalate, and I did not experience the weariness I had suffered this same month of training the year prior. And have been using it consistently ever since. I realize there will be naysayers and doubters out there. I don’t blame you. I was definitely one of them. But I do believe that I am realizing tangible performance gains as a result of consistent use, most noticeably in my ability to recover between workouts.

After winning medals at the World Championships, Goodwill Games, diana macmanusand the World Cup, qualifying at the Olympic trials, and swimming at the collegiate level, I got into an accident that injured my back and ended my career as I knew it.  I knew that I could get back into it and knew that with hard work I could fulfill my dreams.  I was introduced to ASEA and I noticed it totally changed my training.  I was able to do more sprints and recover faster and my times in the meets were significantly faster than I thought they were going to be. I did a meet last year, and this year I was 5 seconds faster than I was last year.  The 100 meter back is a sprint, so 5 seconds is huge.

I notice that with ASEA I am able to swim faster.  I broke 2 national records, and was very close to the world record  My training consists of sprints and recovery, interval training, and I noticed that with ASEA I’m able to do more of that and swim faster and more consistently.  With ASEA I know that I can swim faster and it’s nice to know that PhDs who conduct ASEA research agree with me.

A friend introduced me to ASEA and I wasn’t sure what to think. I went to a sports clinic and got tested and then went on the product for 6 weeks. I returned and did the same test. I was able to run faster, on a steeper incline, with a lower heart rate. Tests don’t lie and so I knew that ASEA was something that I had to have to help me accomplish my goals.

Eddie Hall is an athlete in the UK‘s Strongest Man and World‘s Strongest Man eddie hallcompetitions, where his body takes a beating as a professional strongman. Typical training sessions for Eddie include squatting nearly 400kg, dead lifting 400kg and shoulder and bench pressing over 200kg on a daily basis.  Just one session usually takes 3+hrs of explosive weight training, including drop sets and super sets which take enormous amounts of endurance and mental focus.
